C.O.L.A. - The connection between Law Enforcement and Landlords.

The landlord association located in Owatonna, MN was created to help promote and maintain a safe, clean, and affordable housing market. It was made to help both small and large rental owners network with each other as well as form a partnership with local law enforcement. 

 

We strive to provide services and resources to landlords and property owners to assess aspects of property management that are important. These include control and prevention of criminal activity on a leased property, as well as many other issues involved in rental property. 

 

It is a non-profit organization that meets quarterly to network and learn about updates in housing laws, marketing strategies, and more.
